    The best administration in Newington is with these apartments, Gustavo is incredible, super attentive, thoughtful and willing to help you with whatever you need, without a doubt it is a very good place to live, the tranquility is incredible.

    Gus the property manager is a man of honor, character and heart. He is always readily available to help with a smile for any questions or issues you are experiencing. Unfortunately I had to move but after living there for 5 years I would happily return.

    It's an awesome place to live with Management being friendly and understanding. Gus has helped me and my partner get our start in our first home together and was willing serve us our needs if need be. He's fair and trusting, but also caring and understanding. The neighbors were friendly and even though we stuck to ourselves for the most part they've always been respectable to us just like this company. You guys are awesome and thank you for being our first apartment as a couple.

    This community was an extremely beautiful, well-kept and peaceful. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not.
