Wow! I lowkey can’t even put into the words the amazing service I received, they’re professional, efficient, and just get the job done right 💯 I definitely recommend their services tbh, got their number in speed dial for anything I need now lol

I was very impressed with 2Sons Roofing and Windows. I had a leak inside my bathroom wall that was pooling water around an electrical socket. After learning that that the leak was coming from the flashing around the chimney, and knowing my roof was over 30 years old, I began getting quotes from roofing companies to replace it. My friend put me onto 2Sons. I called and Steve and Su responded quickly and came out to my house even more quickly. They were both extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Their price was competitive but what I really enjoyed were two main things: 1. For the rest of my life, if I have a future project I need done to my house they will give me 30% off that project. 2. At the end of the year they donate a portion of each job to one of four charities. I thought those were two very cool perks to using this company.

Because I had a leak, they were able to push my job to the front of the line which I appreciated. But, in the meantime, while we figured out paperwork and payment, Matt came out and made a temporary seal around the chimney in case of any inclement weather.

Kim was amazing with the finance aspect. She answered al my questions and was very patient while I tried to figure out how to pay for this. 2Sons offers some great financing that I didn't find with some other companies.
While the interest rate is a bit higher, there is no prepay penalty and they offered a 15 year loan so my monthly payment is lower. She also took care of getting any necessary permits through the town.

Mike was in communication with me with any questions I had regarding the project itself. He ordered the materials, arranged drop off, arranged the dumpster drop off...I literally had to do nothing.

The men who actually did the labor on my roof and the roof on my garage were extremely efficient and hardworking. They arrived on time (early, in fact!) and got everything done in one day (granted, I have a smaller house. But I was still impressed). The clean up was great and I was told someone would be coming out for a few days after with the magnetic roller to pick up any nails that may have fallen on my property.

Overall, I was very impressed with 2Sons. The communication, efficiency, easiness, friendliness, and timeliness were top notch. Everything was extremely seamless and easy for me. And the final product came out great! I will definitely use 2Sons for any future projects I have!
