(May 19, 2023, 6:17 pm)Feeling so good that I finally found calisthenics coach. It’s been 3 months I am getting trained with coach Charles. I got trained once a week for 2 months and then I switched to twice a week from 3rd month. My each session is very well planned by coach. I am beginner in calisthenics but coach helped to raise my level through assisted calisthenics foundations to get at pro level in calisthenics. I love the personal development plan prepared by coach. The level of motivation is high during each session. We go to different calisthenics parks around the area for training. Coach maintains proper calisthenics workout log book to keep track of my progress. I am very active in various physical activities but I started seeing results through calisthenics quicker. I am very much excited for my upcoming sessions in 2023 summer. Looks like I am getting addicted to calisthenics now. Sharing my pictures which I captured during my sessions which was unbelievable for me to reach at this level. Thanks to coach. Cheers! Thank You 😊
