(July 25, 2023, 6:43 pm)Today I went for two appointments. A cleaning and final crown. Receptionist said wasn't scheduled for the cleaning. I am sure I had been scheduled at my last visit for the cleaning. It was supposed to be a convenience to have both appointments in the same afternoon. Disappointing as I travel 45 minutes to the appointment.

(July 12, 2023, 5:38 pm)I have belonged to Advantage Dental for 20-plus years and recently they just closed the Greenfield office and combined them with the Amherst location; so, I had a small emergency and the staff worked wonders and got me seen. I was impressed by how friendly and helpful they were at the front of the house which left 5 stars ✨ to the back.

(June 5, 2023, 3:50 pm)I broke a tooth and was given a same day appointment. Dr. Benzenhafer was friendly, thorough and gave me options for both short term and long range dental care. He was gentle and quick to repair the problem. His assistant was friendly, pleasant and competent.

(January 30, 2019, 10:29 am)I have been going to them for the past 20 years and they always are very friendly and professional. Today I saw a hygienist named Britain (spelling may be wrong) and Dr. Ganatra and I received a great cleaning and good advise as to how I should proceed on a broken tooth.
