(July 9, 2023, 8:29 pm)We were hungry while visiting Brotherhood winery and decided to come here to grab some bites in the early afternoon. Lovely outdoor dining area. Our waitress was attentive and efficient. We ordered the fried margarita pizza which was just ok IMO. The dough was a bit stiff and boring. the 1839 Chicken Fry (chicken burger) was crispy and the sauce on top of the burger was delicious and went so well with the sliced pickles. We also had the gruyere burger and it was excellent.
Overall, a solid spot to hit if you are at the winery. The wine bottles were decently priced. I hope I get to visit very soon :)) -

(June 3, 2023, 8:56 am)This was our first visit, and It will not be the last!!! The food was just incredible, presentation was outstanding. The waffles and chicken was the best I have had, the apps are all so yummy, we shared a few and was perfect. The staff is sweet and helpful with making selections and our food was served hot and fast!! The space is so nice with a charmimg atmosphere, could not have asked for a better evening. A MUST GO!!!!

(November 7, 2022, 9:07 pm)What a pleasant experience! We always make it a point to visit Brotherhood Winery, and being it is only 20miles from us, I wish we visited more.
A later Saturday afternoon to do a tasting, buy a case or two and some dinner.
I love the venue, as it is relaxing, and can be as fancy or as laid back as you want.
Very attentive staff, great cocktails and a nice wine selection.
The appetizers, and entrees had a phenomenal flavor profile, well prepared, generous portions and overall a very satisfying meal.
We will be back and next time to sample the brunch menu.
If you are visiting the area, special trip for the Shawangunk Wine Trail for the Holidays ( which is fun by the way) - be sure to stop at 1839 for some great food! -

(May 19, 2022, 9:02 pm)Absolutely loved it here!! Rustic & cozy vibe! Coconut Margaritas are phenomenal!!! Food was delicious! I had the 1839 Crispy Chicken Fry sandwich..delicious!! & They come with the yummy, crinkle cut fries! So hard to find good fries anymore. Highly recommend!!😁
