I’m absolutely love this place. I’ve been in the construction field for over 25 years. Needless to say be been to a lot of chiropractors and this is by far the best I’ve been to. The staff is super friendly and positive and willing to work with my schedule. I highly recommend 100% chiropractic

Dr. Sarah has built a truly exceptional practice at 100% Chiropractic in Rockaway. I've been a patient for almost a year, and my overall wellness has improved significantly during that time.
Over the years, I've had a few injuries that have caused major setbacks in my periodic attempts to get in shape. I had grown used to a certain amount of neck and back pain and frequent tension headaches. Those symptoms have dramatically reduced since I started visiting this office. I've finally been able to maintain a consistent fitness program and feel healthier than I have in the last decade.
While I'm thrilled with the improvement to my physical health, I actually think the most impressive thing about this office is the team and the atmosphere that it creates. Every person who works there has a great attitude and seems genuinely interested in helping the people who come in. It's so important when your clients are in pain or recovering from trauma or injuries to have a positive environment where they can trust the people who are treating them. Dr. Sarah's team does exactly that.

I have had upper Back and neck Pain for years. The stiffness usually leads to Headaches, and I do have some really Bad Migraines. Over the years I have been to MANY places seeking relief. After a while I just decided that living with the pain and OTC pain meds was MUCH better than going to Doctors, having procedures, and being prescribed Medication that really only masked the problem.

1st visit, X rays and Paperwork, very Thorough.

2nd visit, explanation of Issues via X-rays, Explanation of treatment options from short to long term care, 1st adjustment, advised on how to care for Post adjustment at home, Filled out some paper work, set up next appointment.

The people at this location are also very nice and professional.

Post 1st adjustment, For the 1st time in YEARS, my upper back and neck area feels MUCH better. I had given up and decided to "deal" with it, but I now know there is better way.

I am looking forward to more adjustments and better health!

I have been going here for around 6 months now. When I first went there, I was a little skeptical. I have never been to a chiropractor that really wasn't a one man show. The office is fun and inviting. Well staffed. Clean. Dr. Sara and Dr. Matt are both knowledgeable and are genuinely interested in improving your well being. Not only do they want to get your spine back in order, but they will also work with you if you want to talk nutrition or have any other health concerns. In the beginning, I was also surprised by the pay up front for the recommended sessions needed , contract. However, after doing some Math, it would cost the same going somewhere else for the same amount of visits, but without the perks and they have many payment options to accommodate you. They also take insurance. The perks being - regular scheduled X-rays (all costs included) to check on your progress, a monthly massage for pure enjoyment or to work on a particular area, refreshments if you so desire, some take home goodies to help your progress and again a warm, fun, friendly atmosphere. It may be an "adjustment" from what you are typically used to when you think Chiropractic Care, but I'm pretty sure you will notice an improvement after coming here. So give it a try.
