(May 19, 2023, 2:45 pm)I have lived in this building for over a decade. The first several years were managed by a different company. Over the last few years 10 West came in to manage the building. Honestly, the first management team assigned drove the building into disrepair.
Fast forward to the next new hires to run the building: Kevin, Junior, and Janet. I happy to report that this seems to be a great team that will bring the building back to its previous beautiful state.
I particularly want to call out the extremely talented Janet Regan. She has skillfully filled over 20 vacant apartments in a short time. She is able to handle the multiple personalities of the residents who live here. I have personally seen her handle potential hazards and emergencies with a calm presence and mind. Finally, her outstanding interpersonal skills need to be highlighted. We are very lucky to have Janet Regan on or side and as part of the team! -

(May 19, 2023, 12:10 pm)I have lived at 10 West for the past nine years and truly love living in the building. With that being said, since Kevin has become building manager and Janet has been a key figure within the community office, as well as Junior has become head of maintenance, I am extremely pleased with the atmosphere, service and dedication to the residents. Other members of the staff, including Andy and Karen have always been main reasons as to why I am so happy living in this community. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful the staff is and how Kevin, Janet, Junior, Andy, Karen and Chance continue to shine and their dedication is admirable and truly appreciated.

(April 4, 2023, 5:44 am)The building was very nice and had good upgrades. The staff went out of their way to help as much as they could, always with a friendly smile and a little chit-chat. Honestly they deserve 10 stars.
