  Staff are very friendly and helpful, installers are on time , very neat and pleasant. The quality of work is great and looks fantastic. I've had 2 bathrooms remodels completed and love them both. I highly recommend this company.

  On 12/15/20 we had our bathroom tub removed and had a shower installed, at first we were a little skeptical of the process. When our salesman Anthony arrived he explained the process, still leery we went ahead with the project. On the day of the install the workers arrived early and began the rip down, both workers were very professional, cordial and clean. They stay till 9:30 to finish the job. All of what our salesman said came true, we our very happy and glad that we chose them, total professionals and would highly recommend them.

  I’m too busy to write reviews, even when someone does a good job, but when the work is extraordinary, well.... The company is set up like a well-oiled machine. They use the team approach from initial visit to the final day of installation- each member has an area of expertise. Anthony listened carefully to what I was trying to accomplish - a tub conversion and complete bathroom makeover with an ultra modern design - not a prefab bathroom like the ones you often see in ads. Before he wrote up the order, he assured me that everything I wanted could be done within my budget and timeframes. Then came Todd, the designer dude, to do further assessments and measurements. Todd was not pushy at all, but he did offer some recommendations that differed somewhat from what I had discussed. And I am thankful that he did. One of Todd's suggestions resulted in a very significant positive difference to the spacing in the bathroom and shower. My amateur specs would have made the bathroom way too crammed. (Standing O for Todd) After the bathroom elements were custom built at their factory a team of men performed different aspects of the bathroom installation with a smile (demolition, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring, lighting, etc.). Everyone on the team was professional, punctual and competent. In the end, my bathroom turned out EXACTLY the way I had envisioned, and even BETTER. I hit a home run when I hired this company for my bathroom makeover.

  I learned of one day bath from the Philly home show in Jan 2019. I was called by them and a appointment was set up. John was the salesman and arrived on time on the night of the consultation. I originally only wanted my shower stall removed, but decided to get our bath done as well. John did thoroughly explain many options and was very knowledgeable about the product. The only part of the consultation that was misleading was the size of the tub. We thought it was bigger. It is bigger, but the internal dimensions are smaller. This would not have been a deal breaker, but we were informed of this on the day of install. I felt there was not much that could be done at this point. The installers made this clear to us before they proceeded. I did ask if this could be done on a Saturday and both rooms on the same day. John said that this should not be a problem and that he would let the schedulers know of our request.
  When it came time to choose our installation date, I was told that work is never done on a Saturday. John should know this and I feel I was mislead. Also, both rooms had to be done on back to back days. If you think this will be done on a weekend, it won't be. This is where salesman will tell you what you want to hear to get a sale. I would appreciate honesty up front. John knew that was the policy. He did not return my text when I told him Saturday was not an option.
  The installers Larry and Rich are awesome. The window of installation time was between 8-10. They were at my house by 7:45. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. There are 2 items worth mentioning. My shower door was not configured correctly and had to be installed about a week later. The shower head leaked when we were putting water in the tub. One day bath corrected both items. It did take 3 times to get the shower head corrected.
  Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Dallas is the scheduler and always worked with me to set up dates and times. She is great!
  Overall my experience is a 4. They are maintenance free and look great. They have a lifetime guarantee. It was nice getting everything done in 1 day, well 2 days. They responded to all of my issues. The price for both rooms was 14k. One was a shower stall and the other a regular bath tub.

  From the first phone call until the last wipe during clean up, I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Joey showed at my home EARLY and was very informative about the company and products. Picking out what I needed to convert my tub to a shower was so easy. Install day was just amazing with Rich and Larry also arriving EARLY. Both were so very professional and knowledgeable the work seemed to only take minutes. Their personable attitudes also have me comfortable and laughing the entire time. I can not give enough stars to completely justify my satisfaction. Thank you all again!!
